The firm favors large scale energy developments that are part of a “Quarter Century” plan inclusive of the development of “green collar” jobs, renewable energy transportation solutions, and managed urban or dedicated rural growth. With limited exceptions, Gordon Atlantic Development Corporation does not generally pursue projects on the consumer level. Gordon Atlantic Development Corporation pursues traditionally energy development as part of an energy development platform where no less than forty percent (40%) of the portfolio is composed of renewable energy solutions. Gordon Atlantic Development Corporation no longer pursues traditional energy development on a stand-alone basis or outside of an energy development platform where less than forty (40%) of the portfolio is dedicated towards renewable energy solutions. Gordon Atlantic Development Corporation strongly favors renewable energy development projects directly linked to transportation solutions that manage urban growth.
